Mark Hudspeth is a Senior Managing Director and the Head of Capital Markets at Pretium. Mr. Hudspeth is a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to joining the Firm in 2024, Mr. Hudspeth served as a Managing Director and Head of U.S. Capital Markets at Blackstone Real Estate. Previously, Mr. Hudspeth was an Executive Vice President and Head of Capital Markets at Vornado Realty Trust. Before joining Vornado Realty Trust, Mr. Hudspeth was a Managing Director, Head of Investment Finance and Head of Capital Markets for the U.S. Real Estate Investing division at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Hudspeth received a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Trinity College.
