Melanie Gersper is a Managing Director and Head of Asset Management in Real Estate. Prior to joining Pretium in 2023, Melanie worked at ACRE as the Chief Operating Officer where she was responsible for the oversight of property management, asset management, acquisitions, and dispositions. Prior to joining ACRE, she held senior leadership roles at residential companies including Chief Operating Officer at CF Lane, Senior Vice President of Operations at Bell Partners, President of Operations for Cortland Partners, and Regional Vice President of Lane Company. Melanie began her career at Alexander Properties Group. She earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
