We recruit, develop and empower the very best talent. We maintain a transparent meritocracy that inspires the highest performance.

We cultivate a dynamic and inclusive working environment that promotes critical thinking and maximizes individual and collective potential.

Our leaders bring decades of experience as well as the intensity and energy of a startup.

Values and Culture

Pretium is a hardworking place where people are deeply committed to this business. People are challenged to be their best.

It is also a friendly, supportive and inclusive team environment. Part of that is senior leaders sharing their experience as mentors to more junior members of the firm. We emphasize teamwork as much as personal growth. We want to energize our employees and maximize their development.

We hold ourselves accountable to the highest standards of integrity and ethical behavior and build trust with each other and with our clients by being consistent and transparent in communication. People know where they stand and what is expected of them.

Above all, our culture is entrepreneurial and creative, curious and enthusiastic as well as deeply motivated. We want to imbue a sense of personal attachment to our firm as well as a commitment to the community.

Philanthropic efforts like our work for Habitat for Humanity, beyond the value of the work itself, help to build that team awareness and sense of belonging.
