Fostering Inclusion

Pretium has established several communication touchpoints to build awareness of inclusion among new and existing employees. Training is being integrated into our onboarding process, giving new employees an understanding of the priority Pretium places on elevating inclusion principles into our work.

ESG and inclusion efforts by employees are formally reviewed by the Compensation Committee in assessing performance. Accountability, teamwork, and integrity are key tenets to Pretium’s culture and our endeavor to achieve innovation and transparency.
