Jeannette Arazi is a Managing Director in Legal & Compliance, supporting Pretium's Real Estate strategy. Jeannette joined Pretium in 2021 from Sidley Austin, where she was a finance partner focused on real estate and transportation. Jeannette is an experienced capital markets advisor for financing traditional and non-traditional assets, including single-family rentals. Jeannette focuses on supporting, structuring, and executing transactions and strategic financial initiatives across Pretium’s residential real estate platform and portfolios, with particular focus on single-family rentals. She received a Bachelor's from Macalester College and a JD from University of Minnesota Law School.
