Jim Neale is a Managing Director in Legal Opportunities at Pretium, where he is responsible for sourcing and evaluating commercial litigation opportunities. Prior to joining Pretium in 2021, Jim was a partner at Winslett Studnicky McCormick & Bomser and, before that, at Norton Rose Fulbright. He also served as pro bono General Counsel of USA Fencing, the national governing body of the Olympic sport. Jim received a Bachelor's from Princeton University and a JD from Washington & Lee University School of Law.
