Kyle Mitts is a Managing Director on the real estate team at Pretium, where he serves as both Co-Head of U.S. Acquisitions & Portfolio Manager. Kyle is responsible for acquiring housing assets, while also helping to execute firm-wide strategic initiatives. He is the Portfolio Manager for several of Pretium’s opportunistic housing investment vehicles, including SFR Fund V. Prior to joining Pretium in 2021, Kyle was Managing Director of Paceline Equity Partners, and prior to that a Managing Director in the U.S. Real Estate Group for Lone Star Funds. Kyle began his career in the investment banking divisions of Merrill Lynch and Bear Stearns.Kyle has a Bachelor's in Finance and Accounting from Texas Christian University. He is a CFA charterholder.
