Alexandra Lustig-Elgrably is a Managing Director and Associate General Counsel at Pretium, where she is responsible for legal functions related to the Firm. Alex provides counsel on a broad range of matters, including the formation and operation of funds, the structuring and financing of investments and other strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining Pretium in 2019, Alex was an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis, where she worked within the Investment Funds Group. Prior to Kirkland & Ellis, she was an Associate in the Investment Management Group at Debevoise & Plimpton.
Alex received a BA in Psychology from New York University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, and a JD from Yale Law School.
