Kyle Beauchamp is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Quantitative Strategies at Pretium, where he is responsible for delivering analytical applications and quantitative research for the Real Estate business, including asset acquisition, pricing and revenue management, and portfolio optimization tools. Kyle is a member of the Firm's Executive Committee. Prior to joining Pretium in 2012, Kyle was Director, U.S. Structured Finance Pricing at Markit Partners, where he led a team overseeing mortgage credit analysis and financial modeling. Prior to Markit, he was a research associate at Greywolf Capital and an Associate Director in non-agency ratings at Standard and Poor’s. He received a Bachelor's in Economics from Duke University and is a CFA charterholder.
