At the Bipartisan Policy Center in Washington, DC, Pretium Founder and CEO Don Mullen explored themes in single-family rental housing in a conversation with Laurie Goodman of the Urban Institute, Alexander Hermann of the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies, and moderator Dennis Shea, Executive Director of the Bipartisan Policy Center’s J. Ronald Terwilliger Center for Housing Policy. The discussion focused on approaches to expanding the U.S. housing supply, increasing access to affordable housing and ways that the public and private sectors can work together to create housing opportunity.
