Pretium Real Estate Debt is focused on capturing the extensive opportunities for non-bank lending at attractive entry points, as we believe the private credit model for housing has arrived. Pretium’s perspective is that limited supply, coupled with accelerating demand, position residential real estate debt as a favorable U.S. real estate asset class. Our track record in housing, coupled with our data and analytics across our existing portfolio of 175k+ units managed*, positions us to expand our impact in the residential financing ecosystem across homebuilder finance, multifamily debt, and other opportunistic real estate debt. Since December 2024, we have loaned homebuilders and developers more than $3B, enabling them to create more than 13,000 housing units.
