Ryan Avanzado is a Managing Director in CLO Credit, where he is a senior analyst covering investments in the Chemicals, Cable & Telecommunications, and Services industries. Prior to joining Pretium in 2022, he was Vice President at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Management Division’s Credit Alternatives and Liberty Harbor groups, where he was responsible for investments in high yield and special situation opportunities. Ryan began his career in the High Yield Research group at Goldman Sachs as a publishing sell-side research analyst, focused on the Chemicals industry. He received a Bachelor’s in Economics and English from Dartmouth College and an MFA in Writing from Columbia University.
