Bill Olshan is a Managing Director on the Legal Opportunities team in New York. Prior to joining the Pretium, Bill worked at Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. as General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. Previously, Bill was a Senior Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Lehman Brothers Inc. and was a Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Shearson Lehman Brothers Inc. Bill began his career as a Litigation Associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft and later at Willkie Farr & Gallagher. Bill graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and received his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law, where he was a G. Joseph Tauro Scholar.
