Iain Cooper is the CFO and Head of Operations at Pretium Enterprise Services. Prior to joining Pretium in 2021, Iain was a Director for Barclays International and Chief Controls Officer, Finance. Iain was accountable for governance and oversight across the Investment Bank and International Credit Card Business. Over a 17-year period at the organization Iain held several leadership roles for Finance in both London and New York. Prior to Barclays he was a Tax Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the UK. Iain is a fellow at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales holding the Association of Chartered Accountants (“ACA”) qualification and received a Bachelor’s in economics from the University of Wales, Bangor.
