Dietrich Heidtmann is a Managing Director in Business Development. Based in Europe, Dietrich manages institutional relationships across Europe, the Middle East, and Canada. Dietrich joined Pretium in 2025 with over three decades of financial services experience.
Prior to joining Pretium, Dietrich held regional and global leadership roles in real estate private capital formation at Morgan Stanley, AXA Real Estate, GTIS Partners, and Areim. Earlier in his career, Dietrich held securities trading and distribution roles at Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley. Dietrich earned an MBA (Diplom Kaufmann) from the University of Mannheim (Germany).
