Chris Howard is a Managing Director in the Strategic Development Group at Pretium, where he supports firm-wide strategic initiatives and growth efforts, including strategic M&A, partnerships, and equity capital raises. Prior to joining Pretium in 2018, Chris was a member of the Leveraged Finance team at Jefferies, where he focused on the origination, underwriting, and syndication of leveraged loans and high-yield bonds for sub-investment grade companies. Chris received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Management from Georgetown University.
