Jason Lewis is a Managing Director in Real Estate, where he focuses on single-family rental investments. Prior to joining Pretium in 2023, Jason was an Executive Director and Portfolio Manager at UBS Realty Investors. Prior to UBS, he was the Head of Asset and Portfolio Management at CA Residential. Jason began his real estate career at Capri Capital Partners, most recently as a Partner, Head of Asset Management. Jason received a Bachelor's in Mathematics from from Morehouse College and a MBA with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance from Columbia Business School.
