Jayme Han is a Managing Director in Business Development, where she focuses on growing Pretium’s business within Asia and Japan. Prior to joining Pretium in 2022, Jayme was an Executive Director at Jones Lang Lasalle and was responsible for equity advisory mandates and distribution within Asia Pacific. Previously, she was the Head of Alternatives at Tongyang Life Insurance. She spent over a decade at Korea’s NPS, where she served as one of the founding members of its alternative investment group. Early in her career, Jayme was a consultant at SAMS, a consulting service arm of Samsung Life in Korea. Jayme started her career as an architect at Dongil Architecture. She received a Bachelor's of Science in Design from the University of California, Davis. She is fluent in English and Korean.
