Jennifer Jones-Jarc is a Managing Director in Legal & Compliance, supporting Pretium’s Residential Credit Strategy. Prior to joining Pretium in 2022, Jennifer was a Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Goldman Sachs, supporting Residential Loan Trading. Previously she was a Vice President, Assistant General Counsel at Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc. managing the residential mortgage litigation portfolio. Prior to Saxon she was General Counsel at Snelling Holdings, LLC and spent time early in her career as an Associate in Andrews Kurth’s Corporate & Securities group and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft’s Structured Finance group. Jennifer received a Bachelor’s in English and History from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master’s in American Studies from Pennsylvania State University and a JD from Southern Methodist University.
