Amy Persson is a Managing Director and leads the Enterprise Human Capital team, which includes HR operations initiatives across the Firm. Amy is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Staff Committee as well as a critical member of the Operating Companies’ HR strategy. Prior to joining the Firm in 2021, Amy was Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition for Johnson & Johnson and held key transformation roles across the HR team during her 17-year tenure. Amy received her Bachelor’s in Scientific and Technical Communication from Michigan Technological University and her Master’s in Communications from Saginaw Valley State University.
