Frank Shiau is a Managing Director on the Residential Credit team, where he is responsible for the new origination investment strategy. Prior to joining Pretium in 2022, Frank was a Principal and Head of Trading at Toorak Capital Partners, where he built and managed the RTL and DSCR aggregation and securitization platforms. Previously, Frank was a Vice President at Fortress Investment Group and Shellpoint Partners, where he started the NQM origination platform and securitizations. Earlier in his career, Frank worked at Ranieri Partners Asset Management and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Frank received a Master’s in Real Estate and Corporate Finance from New York University and a Bachelor’s in Finance and Accounting from University of Maryland, College Park.
