David Stolldorf is a Managing Director in Capital Markets, where he focuses on financing for single-family rental investment vehicles. Prior to joining Pretium in 2018, David was Vice President at Jefferies, where he was responsible for both mortgage and consumer credit products. He previously held positions at CapitalSource and Houlihan Lokey. David received a Bachelor's in Economics from the University of Virginia.
