Ted Huffman is a Senior Managing Director and Chief Strategy Officer at Pretium, where he has overall responsibility for leading corporate strategy, including strategic acquisitions, dispositions, alliances, and partnerships. Ted is a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee and Operating Committee. Prior to joining Pretium in 2014, Ted led financial institution corporate originations for Lone Star U.S. Acquisitions. Prior to Lone Star, Ted was a Senior Managing Director at Bear, Stearns & Co, where he began his career in the leveraged finance group before leading strategic transactions for financial institutions. Ted served in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer. He received a Bachelor's from Georgetown University and a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
